Students should understand the importance of the strategic component of human resources, in terms of the study of behavioral variables.

Evaluation Methodology
Periodic assessment:
- written test (40%)
- group project (60%), with the results presented in the form of a scientific poster
Final assessment:
- written exam (100%), during the periods specified in the academic calendar
Students whose average grade is equal to or greater than 10 points are approved and exempted from the exam.
