Objectives
Students should develop general communication skills, as well as master the specific vocabulary common to the various professional situations in the context of tourism.

2. Tourist destinations.
3. Tourism marketing.
4. Heritage and cultural diversity.
5. Literature, art and heritage.
6. Tourism and market trends.
Evaluation Methodology
Continuous assessment (to qualify for continuous assessment, students must attend 70% of theoretical and theoretical-practical classes)
- Active participation in the classroom, including exercises and worksheets/ skill-based assessment: 20%
- Real-life situations / Dramatisations: 20%
- Written test: 60% (minimum mark: 8.5 without rounding)
