Objectives
This course aims to contribute to the development of students' abilities to design, plan and evaluate different types of organisational intervention projects and programmes.

Evaluation Methodology
Course assessment, at any assessment stage, is based on the project report as follows:
Continuous assessment:
The project report fulfils the following stages:
written report (60%); ii) individual oral presentation (30%): class participation (10%).
Students with a mark of 9.5 or more in all stages will pass.
The final mark will correspond to the weighted average of the 3 stages, and a mark of 9.5 is required to pass the course.
Assessment by exam:
Human Resources project with oral discussion (100%)
