Listing the stages of conflict;
Identifying causes and consequences of conflict;
Identifying different styles of conflict management;
Defining the stages of negotiation;
Identifying and use different negotiation techniques.

Evaluation Methodology
Continuous assessment: case analysis (60%) and written test (40%). The students who obtain an average of 10 or more will be exempted from the final assessment.
Final assessment consists of a written exam.
