Objectives
Explore the various aspects of active training (preparation, conduct training and transfer to the workplace). Promote active methodology of training as the preferred approach in adult education. Explore different examples of techniques, to develop and evaluate training sessions.

- Design of the process of training and learning
- Monitoring and evaluation of training and learning
- Quantitative and qualitative evaluation
- Training evaluation.
Evaluation Methodology
Continuous Assessment: 1 Individual assignment (100%, including: individual presentation; evaluation of colleagues' training; preparation of training dossier: session plan; trainer's manual and trainee's manual).
The final assessment is an examination (100% individual work) in which students will present a training presentation, which will include the training dossier: session plan; trainer's manual and trainee's manual.
Students who achieve a score of 9.5 or above on all assessment components will be deemed to have passed.
