Objectives
The main aim of this module is to equip trainees with information search strategies and to train them to use electronic tools for bibliographic collection and referencing.

a) Relevance of the selection of sources in scientific research;
b) APA 7 bibliographic referencing standards;
b) Indexing scientific production: SCOPUS and Web of Science
c) Full-text search: b-On - Online Knowledge Library; EBSCO; ProQuest; DOAJ: Directory of Open Access Journals;
d) Scientific repositories: RCAAP - Open Access Scientific Repository in Portugal; DART Europe; OATD - Open Access Theses and Dissertations; NDLTD - Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations;
f) Mendeley Library and desktop: storage and processing functions;
g) Mendeley cite: referencing function;
h) Mendeley search and web importer: search function;
i) Online presence and dissemination of scientific production: Ciência ID, ORCID, ResearchGate.
Evaluation Methodology
Knowledge acquired will be assessed through an individual research work in continuous assessment and examination (100%).
