Objectives
Be able to present an overview of the economic analysis; Master economic methodology and the main concepts and domains of application of microeconomics and macroeconomics; Understand and analyse the main economic indicators; Understand and apply economic policies.

Basic Principles of Economics;
Introduction to Microeconomics
Introduction to Macroeconomics;
Financial Markets and Economy.
Evaluation Methodology
Single Assessment: Final Exam or Continuous Assessment (minimum mark of 9/20): 50% Written Test + 50% Written Test.

Teaching Method
Lectures give overview of main theoretical topics. The interrogative method is used resorting to dialogue and debate. The active method allows students to have the central role.
