Understand the concepts and models applied to property management; Recognise the criteria, the main methodologies, the European standards, tools and be able to apply the techniques for the facility management app in property management; Paradigms and rules of professional condominium management.

Single piece of assessment: Final Exam or Continuous Assessment (minimum mark of 9/20): 50% Intermediate Assessment, Class Attendance and Participation + 50% Final Exam
