Objectives
The perception of the importance of business and industrial heritage within our era is central to the development of products that value this human estate of interaction between machines and nature. Within the curricular unit there will be a discussion of the importance of the Industrial Revolution as an extremely relevant historical landmark, thus revealing the scope of this fact and the attractiveness of the industrial era. At the end of the course, the student developed a more critical, deep and curious look at these new ways of knowing industrial and / or business territories. In addition, students will be challenged to think of solutions to achieve the achievement of SDG 11 - Making cities and communities inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable and SDG 12-Ensuring sustainable consumption and production patterns.

Evaluation Methodology
Continuous assessment with reading of scientific articles and texts related to the topic discussed in the classroom with the answer to the worksheets. These will have a maximum value of 3v. In addition to the forms, the student will be required to carry out work with a written component and presentation with a maximum value of 17 values. Students who obtain 10v or more are exempt from exam.
