Objectives
The student at the end of the course will be able to:
i) understand all the basic concepts for a management course, as well as understand the different concepts that encompass the general concept of Management.
ii) Promote and develop policies that support productive activities, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation, and encourage the formalization and growth of micro, small and medium-sized companies (8 - Labor and Economic Growth).
iii) Adopt sustainable practices and integrate information on sustainability (12: Sustainable Production and Consumption) and strengthen scientific research, improving technological capacities by encouraging innovation (9: Innovation and Infrastructure).

Evaluation Methodology
Continuous evaluation:
Two individual written tests, weighting 30% each (30% + 30%).
Report and Participation in Technical Days (10%)
Realization of practical cases in class (30%)
The student who at least obtains a minimum grade of 9.5 is exempted from the evaluation during the exam period.
Assessment in exam periods:
Individual written final test with a weight of 100% of the final grade
The student who at least obtains a minimum score of 9.5 is exempted from evaluation in subsequent exam periods.

Teaching Method
Expository and demonstrative method, using slide projection. The methodology by pedagogical simulation is also used through the resolution of practical cases and consultation of works related to each of the themes.
