Prerequisites
Objectives
The module Operation and Maintenance Project is profession-oriented. It constitutes an opportunity for the student to develop an original work with technological and scientific objectives in the field of building and construction management in order to apply acquired skills.
Program
The work plan corresponding of this module is defined for each student and will include the execution of a project.
The projects are proposed by the training area and approved annually by the lecturer responsible for the module.
Projects will normally correspond to the completion of work in final-year modules, thus optimising and maximising student's effort.
Evaluation Methodology
The projects are supervised by a lecturer from the training area and there may be co-supervisors.
Assessment includes the following components: progress report and interim presentation (20%); project portfolio and final report (40%); presentation, demonstration and final discussion (40%).

Teaching Method
The student develops original work in the field of operation and maintenance, with the specific technical and scientific support of the module instructors.
