Objectives
Master advanced tools 1) Word processing, 2) Spreadsheets, and 3) Presentations. Know how to write a report, analyze data and present in public. 4) Know the concepts and services associated with the Internet and Web 2.0 tools. 5) Acquire skills in developing databases for Accounting and Management.
Program
1. Word Processing: Microsoft Word: Document editing, formatting and structuring, Indexes; bibliography; spell and syntactic checking, synonyms and translations. Collaborative review and editing; Creation of Templates and Forms.
2. Spreadsheet: Microsoft Excel: Functions; Graphical analysis of data; Data analysis through decision support tools.
3. Presentations: Microsoft Powerpoint: Presentation Templates; Insertion of graphic objects; Organization charts; Videos; Animations and transitions between slides; Timer; Global models; Speaker's Notes; View of the presenter; Presentation setup; Test intervals; Record presentations.
4. Internet: Concepts and Services. Web 2.0: Social networks, productivity tools and development.
5. Databases: Analysis and data modeling. Associated concepts - fields, records, keys. Development of databases for Accounting and Management.
