Prerequisites

Objectives
Knowledge and ability to understand the importance of morphological elements of urban space ( land , building , lot , street, block, facade, street, square , tree , monument , street furniture ) , their composition and importance to the urban image and quality of life ;
Knowledge and ability to understanding the key concepts and policy instruments of management of urban soils and their relationship with the real estate activities .
Realization of judgment / decision making : Ability to interpret , understand and collection of relevant information on existing land use plans for the activity of real estate management ;
Execution of judgment / decision making : Introduction to the principles and concepts of the implementation of zoning plans and its practical application ( models and equalization systems , urbanization contracts , calculation of benefits and burdens of urbanization )

1. Evolution and problems of planning and land management
2. Morphological city;
3. Soil: multidimensionality, value formation, policies and instruments;

4. Legal framework of land use planning;
5. Land management tools, with a focus on municipal plans for land: content analysis and plans from the perspective of property management;
6. Concepts, indices and urban parameters;
7. Systems implementing zoning plans;
8. Legal framework for urban operations, type of operations and their control procedures prior;
9. Fees and municipal licenses;
10. Subdivision and land development operations
b. Aspects to consider allotment projects framed by the municipal spatial planning.
11. Operations building (new construction and rehabilitation)
