Objectives
The student should understand the differences between OLTP information systems and OLAP systems (1), understand the concepts related to Business Intelligence (BI) (2), know the steps of a BI process, regarding the data model, storage (Data Warehouse) and operations (production of reports and dashboards) (3), obtain skills in the use of BI solutions (4), manipulate and relate data for analysis (5) create reports and dashboards for data analysis (6), use the information system - SAP (7).

Teaching Method
