Objectives
Analyse conflict and its management for peaceful resolution of disputes.
Analyse conflict and draft relevant regulations.
Develop and promote ways of preventing conflict in organizations.
Solve conflicts in a constructive manner.

Program
1. Conflict.
2. Constructive management of conflicts.
3. Negotiation.
4. Mediation.

Evaluation Methodology
Continuous assessment: case studies (60%) and written test (40%).
Exam-based assessment: written test.
An average mark of 10/20 exempts students from taking the exam.
