Objectives
Identify the major cognitive, emotional and behavioural diversity between individuals.
Understand the impact of that diversity on organisations.
Be able to take that diversity into account when managing people.

Program
Historical background, concept and subject of differential psychology
The differential psychology method
The origin of differences: inheritance-environment.
The key subjects of differential psychology: psychological-physical characteristics, personality and intelligence.
The intergroup differences: age, gender and cultural groups.

Evaluation Methodology
Ongoing assessment: case study analysis (60%) and written test (40%). An average mark of 10/20 exempts students from taking the exam. Written exam.
