Prerequisites
Knowledge about building materials and building construction processes is important.
Objectives
Know the evolution of constructions and constructive processes; understand the mechanisms of degradation of the materials and constructive elements,their causes and consequences;Identify pathologies of materials and constructions; Know the principles and criteria and the intervention tecnhiques.

Evaluation Methodology
Written test (65%) with a minimum grade of 9.5. Practical Work (35%) consisting in the elaboration of technical report, resulting from a deepened study of an intervention technique or resulting from the monitoring of a building rehabilitation work.
