Objectives
Understand the stages of production of the graphic object;
Identify/characterize printing processes;
Acquire knowledge in analog and digital imposition;
Be able to use specific software;
Distinguish between different file formats;
Understand color management systems.
Program
Characterisation and identification of printing processes;
Printing moulds:
Classification of originals, its analysis and control;
Warping technologies and its densitometric applications;
Measuring/calibration instruments and control scales;
Text-image processing and integration;
Manual and digital page-setting;
Workflows CtF, CtP, CtS, CtC.
Evaluation Methodology
Continuous: 40% P; 30% I; 30% SC (P; I; SC: 50% TP> = 10, 45% T>=10, 5% assiduity);
Theoretical: > = 10, TP works performed in each component;
Final: excluded if attendance <2/3 and/or <10 in theoretical in one of the components.
