Objectives
This curricular unit aims to contribute to the development of knowledge and skills fundamental to the identification of the characteristics of healthy work environments, their causes and consequences, forms of diagnosis and intervention, as well as the role of human resources management.

Evaluation Methodology
Continuous assessment will consist of a frequency and a practical group work with presentation. This work presupposes contact with an organization in the sense of characterizing it in the light of the programmatic contents studied.

Teaching Method
Considering the nature of the curricular unit, the methodological orientation will be developed using expository and interrogatory methods, with the possibility of performing group dynamics and analyzing case studies.
