Evaluation Methodology
Expositive methods and interrogation, with the possibility of performing group dynamics. Continuous assessment will consist of a written test (50%) and a practical group work applied in a company with presentation (50%).
Final exam.

Teaching Method
The proposed methodological options were based on the main objectives defined to the course. It will promote conditions for a better understanding the link between the skills to be acquired by the students and the study of Organizational Behavior.
