1. Know the core business processes inside an organization; 2. Know and use Project Management Methodologies; 3. Use the best practices concerning IT systems development and IT services.
Program
a) Organization Processes (Business Process Management Modeling); b) Project Management Methodologies; c) International Standards and Good Practices in Information Technology.
Evaluation Methodology
The evaluation method consists of making a written test and practical work. Both components have a 50% of the final grade weight.
