Objectives
On the modules end, the students should have acquired creativity and critical skills towards the resolution of problems as well as an innovative mindset.

Program
Creativity: Creative attitudes: a. Develop the demand for new solutions. B. Develop the capacity for expression. w. Develop thinking and adaptation change. 2. Exercises of group creativity. The. Exercises to humorous problem solving. B. Exercises of anticipation of the thought to the problem. w. Exercises of interpersonal challenges. D. Exercises to challenge conventions. and. Stimulating exercises of self-confidence. F. Exercises of tolerance with uncertainty and risk. G. Motivational exercises. H. Decision-making exercises. 3. Innovation: Sources of innovation: systemic, autonomous, radical, incremental. Barriers to innovation: lack of resources, no implementation of processes and prototypes, obsolete and insufficient equipment. Dissemination of innovation: models and networks of innovation. Activate the spirit of conceptualization of ideas: a. Generation and synthesis of ideas. I. Ideas for resources. Ii. Ideas for the offer. Iii. Ideas for customers. Iv. Ideas for finances. V. Ideas for multiple epicenters. saw. Power of anticipation issues. B. Process of elaboration of ideas. I. Immersion. Ii. Expansion. Iii. Selection of criteria. 4. Constitution of the team: a. Detection of creative potential. B. Conflict detection. w. Detection of behavioral styles in relation and task. 5. Prototyping: a. Build priority list. B. Drawing the model. w. Construction of the model. D. Exposure of the model.

Evaluation Methodology
Practical assignment consisting in the presentation and discussion of a prototype of a product or service. Minimum passing mark: 10 out of 20, in a ranking establsihed by the teacher.
