Objectives
Provide students with knowledge of the action of human resources in organizations and specific action on the administrative management of human resources.
Characterize the wage policy and career management of an organization.
Let know the procedures for processing and wage calculation.
Program
Characterization of administrative and strategic areas of human resources.
The human resources processes and their interdependence.
Wage policy: employment contracts, work schedules, adaptability regime, vacations, absences and leaves.
Legal procedures in respect the Social Security, ACT and Single Report.
Downsizing and the outplacement, turnover, workaholism, etc.
Career Management: theories and career models. Development stages.
Evaluation Methodology
Assessment by written test with 70% (35% + 35%) and group work with 30%. The student dismiss from the final exam with the approval in each moment with value equal to or exceeding 9.5.
