Prerequisites
Background on fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, transport phenomena and mass-energy balances.

Objectives
Acquire skills in the design and calculus of liquid-liquid and gas-liquid absorption equipments.
Be able to identify and use advanced separation processes such as membrane and supercritical extraction, ionic permutation and chromatography.
