Objectives
This course aims to introduce the students to the study of individual and group differences in cognitive, emotional and behavioural variables, namely in the domains of physical and behavioural performance, personality and intelligence, as well as their relevance and applications to HRM.

Program
Historical antecedents, concept and object of differential psychology.
The method of differential psychology.
The origin of the differences: heredity-environment.
Major objects of study : physical and behavioural characteristics, personality, intelligence.
Group differences in terms of age, sex and gender, and culture.
Applications in the context of HRM.

Test (35% + 35%)

Teaching Method
The theoretical syllabus contents will be addressed using lecture methods. The practical component will involve the analysis of case studies and exercises held in the classroom. Continuous assessment will consist of two exams (70%) and one work (30%)
