- Prepare a communication plan;
- Provide assistance in communication issues;
- Apply negotiation techniques

- The psychosociology of communication.
- Corporate Communications (internal, institutional and commercial);
- The communication plan;
- Communication advisory;
- Business negotiation: objectives and techniques.
Evaluation Methodology
Teamwork 20%
Individual work 20%
Examination 60 % (minimum grade of 10/20)
Final exam for the students who did not obtain a minimum mark of 10/20.
