Objectives
Students should learn the fundamentals of computing and execute related operations. They should be able to develop an IT project and use and apply the Fortran code as well as use the Excel spreadsheet and the Octave environment for numerical calculations.
Program
Basic Concepts of Information Technology. How to develop an IT project: 1. Thinking/Perceiving the statement 2. Strategy and Planning (algorithms), 3. Development (Fortran. Excel and Octave) 4. Exploration of the developed environment 5. Maintenance and continuous improvement. Develop code in Fortran. Using the Octave environment for numerical calculations. Use Fortran subroutines in Octave.
