Objectives
          Provide the students with fundamental concepts about the process of creating a company and its obligations towards
the state;
In-depth study of the analysis process with a view to developing a business plan for a new company;
Develop presentation skills based on the investor's agenda.

Business Plan; Financing of the project; How to create your company; The starting up of activity; Success /
business failure.

          Continuous assessment:Class performance and project discussion (25%)
Analysis/opportunity plan report and presentation (30%) 
Business Plan and Final report and presentation (45%)
