Objectives
On completion of the module the students must understand the new challenges for Human Resources at the level of skills and performance; assess abilities and skills and be aware of the significance of training for the creation of new skills.

Continuous Assessment: Group work with an organization (60%)
Mid-term Test (40%)
Final Examination Examination proof
Exemption from final examination who obtains with the two evaluations average a rating equal to or greater than 10.
