Objectives
- Develop dynamic models of mechanical charges, electrical machinery, electronic converter and power supply;
- Analyse the performance of industrial drives and electric traction vehicles;
- Design control systems for electrical machines.

Program
1. The components of an electromechanical system;
2. Modelling of dynamic and stationary behaviour of mechanical systems;
3. The specific characteristics of electrical vehicles;
4. Applications of control systems in electromechanical drives;
5. Power systems for electrical traction;
6. Power chain in electrical vehicles and hybrid electrical vehicles;

Evaluation Methodology
Written test in any of the examination seasons and a project and worth 100% of the overall mark.
