Objectives
Provide the students with a comprehensive overview of information and press coverage in war zones as well as historical, cultural, diplomatic and strategic elements for a critical, informed reading of contemporary political-military crises.

Evaluation Methodology
Assessment will be mainly based on practical assignments involving documentary research and testimony collection and class debates.
