Objectives
a) Understand the quality of services (QoS) parameters for multimedia traffic support.
b) Evaluate the network topologies and technologies for satisfying particular QoS requirements;
c) Understand the mechanisms of admission control and congestion control;
d) Understand the mechanism/protocols to conduct the multimedia streaming in high speed wired and wireless
networks;
e) Understand the design of high-speed wired and wireless Networks to support multimedia and real-time traffic
and applications requirements;
