Objectives
On completion of this unit students should demonstrate instrumental, interpersonal and systemic skills in local cultural heritage management.
Program
1. The concept of heritage - genesis and evolution.
2. The management of memory and example (debate and criticism)
3. Heritage preservation and frameworks.
4. The enhancement of heritage and local management.
5. Management, heritage and global society. Case presentation.
6. Enjoyment and consumption of heritage(educational, cultural and touristic enjoyment).

Evaluation Methodology
Continuous assessment based on class attendance: written test and examination papers. 50% test/exam (theoretical), 50% thematic work (practice). Minimum pass grade: 10/20
