Objectives
On completion of this module the students should be able to recognise the analysis and management technologies for spatial and descriptive information in the area of heritage. They must be able to solve practical problems of land management applications.

1.Introductory concepts of information management and heritage.

2.Data processing
a.The impact of information management in modern society and heritage management
b.Information, data and facts
c.Data processing procedures, interfaces, the processor and database models
3. Information Systems.
Evaluation Methodology
Written tests across the semester and a final practical assignment.
Minimum passing mark: 9.5 out of 20.
