Objectives
Lead the studenst to learn to be a credible professional managing relationships and adapting to managing people and operations including outsourcing; manage the information, performance and development (Performance); To interpret the law on Industrial Relations and Employment, establish compensation and benefits and organize the management information systems and documentation and its circuit of HR in the organization.
Program
The main legal and tax obligations affecting people management; Regulations on data protection; Ability to evaluate a payroll system of; Diagnose and implement human resource information systems; Communication and implementation of HR policies; Construction of socialization instruments; downsizing; Legal impacts of HR policies; indicators of human resources; (Single Document; Tableau Desktop and HR Scorecard) Establishment of monitoring information (absenteeism, costs, productivity etc.) systems; Single document and its analysis; Basic principles of audit in HR; .
Evaluation Methodology
Continuous Assessment: 60% Evidence of knowledge Periodic Assessment: Proof Frequency 40% Final Evaluation: Final Examination The student can not respond with full or partial use of notes, books, and other documents.
