Objectives
On completion of the module the students should have an overview of human resources management and relevant tools and its importance in business management the performance of an organisation.

2. Organisational Communication.
3. Job description.
4. Performance appraisal.
5. Recruitment and Selection.
6. Career Management.
7. Professional Training.
8. Salaries and Benefits management.

Evaluation Methodology
Completion of work in class and its public discussion: 40%
Written Mid-term Test: 60%
Written examination for those who didn't obtain a minimum average mark of 10/20 of practical assignments and mid-term test.

Teaching Method
Methodology totally focused on classroom activities. The students work in small groups collecting data on taught topics with the lecturer's guidance.
