Objectives
The purpose of this course is to provide the students with basic knowledge of photography that will allow them to understand the basic notions of Digital Photography, image capture and edition.
Program
1st semester: Processes for the creation and manipulation of digital images using the software Adobe CS5.
2nd semester: digital camera operation techniques
- photometry for digital photography
- colour temperature
- digital noise control
Evaluation Methodology
Continuous assessment: practical exercises, class performance and attendance.
Theoretical/practical tests.
