Objectives
To enable students to Computer Aided Design (CAD), to provide them a tool to support other courses and to gain the necessary bases for future progress in CAD.
Program
1. Preliminary concepts.
2. Orthogonal projections.
3. Axonometric projections.
4. Introduction to CAD.
Evaluation Methodology
Students will be assessed through written tests/exams (60%) and individual theoretical-practical work that will be performed during the semester (40%). For the written tests/exams a minimum of 7 values must be obtained for approval.

Teaching Method
After the exposure moments of the theoretical concepts, several practical exercises in CAD will be solved. The Autocad software will be used as a tool to apply the theoretical concepts and to solve practical exercises.
