Objectives
On completion of course students should have developed skills of observation, analysis, insight, and knowledge production and assist in the planning, construction and justification of contextualised research projects.
Program
Research as a means for the production of knowledge: general epistemological and methodological issues.
Preparation of a research project. Presentation and dissemination of research results: knowledge production and the quality of presentation.
Evaluation Methodology
Workshops on research methods and a dissertation and empirical methods.
Presentation and discussion about a recently published work of the student's choice.
